Due to the order being custom to each customer and sanitation, we do not accept returns. In the event that you are dissatisfied with your order, please contact us at customercare@iammeniece.com. Put your order number as the subject and in the body please give a full description as to your dissatisfaction; pictures and videos are appreciated. 

All sales are final, however in the event that you are dissatisfied with your order and or it never arrived*, know that we are committed to your satisfaction! *Set creation will be free of charge, however, there's a $10 reshipment fee on all second send-outs. *If your order never arrived please send the proof to customercare@iammeniece.com and once verified a new set will be sent out to you (if applicable) free of charge. *FYI We Do Not Replace Stolen Sets~ If the set is confirmed to be delivered and not lost before delivery, it is then out of our hands.
